File Uploads. While learner details and results can be manually entered through the user interface, QBS also has a facility to upload files. This can significantly reduce input time, especially where there are a large number of learners. Please note, that QBS requires your file be in XML (Extensible Mark-up Language) format.
If you have developed a data file for uploading to QBS, it is recommended you send it into our Awards and Certification unit for testing before uploading it to the live site. You can use QHelp to do this.
File up-load facility – We have enhanced the file up-load facility on QBS. You will receive progress e-mails after you upload your files. See page 17 of Quick Guide to QBS Certification here
